100 Hours of Astronomy

100 Hours of Astronomy organised by Astronomers without Borders, ESO,UNESCO and IAU is a global event taking place at April 2 to 5 allow everyone in the world to discover the universe yourself. You go online and star gaze LIVE using the 80 observatory and telescope all around the world. The observatory include the Very Large Telescope,VLT in Chile, one of the largest telescope in earth and the most advance telescope in the world.(I don't know whether Hubble Space Telescope is taking part la)So here is the link http://www.100hoursofastronomy.org/ .

The motto of this event is
"The universe, yours to discover."

The celebration marks the 400th anniversary of Galileo's first astronomical discoveries, in 1609.
P.s. Im back to bored you with all this science and astronomy stuff =) But do take part in this 'more better and larger than Earth Hour' event =)

Weather here sucks

ATTENTION EVERYONE
My blog don't no why........something wrong la.So i need to delete my blog and create again. So it will be very different la.

As you all know
My telescope had finally arrived at my home
I admire the beauty of one of the best creation mankind had invented
But there is a huge setback
The weather is driving me crazy
As im updating this blog
it is raining like shit out there
At night, you can't see shit in the sky
Stupid KL

Okay change topic,Earth Hour was held last Saturday, and like Kar Heng said, it was a total joke.I didn't go to Sunway la,seeing they will go somewhere forbidden(but in the end, their conscious had re enlighten them) Joking la...=) . I mean the real meaning of this event is to create awareness how global warming is making havoc all around the globe. We need to cut down carbon emission by turn off unnecessary electrical stuff. But I only saw big cooperation like YTL and Petronas or Sunway involve in this event. AND this event is best involve at home, where you need to experience one hour of no TV or computer, not going out celebrate like it is party time. So hope next year there are improvement in this event, and DO NOT held any event in shopping centre,to involve in Earth Hour is to be at home turning off your light and electrical stuff.

P.s. I don't no why, I suddenly thought of the word Narcissism, and reminded me of someone looking in the mirror and randomly said he is good-looking.(the name shall not be named)

So cool too........

Okay i finish Breaking Dawn
Here is the rating for all Twilight Saga

Twilight A-
Initial plot make it interesting.Vampire teen love idea took the magic nerd community by storm.

New Moon B+
Werewolf idea is quite predictable if you read Twilight.A bit boring in the middle. But it was okay.

Eclipse C+
Really nothing interesting anymore.Victoria comeback predictable.

Breaking Dawn D-
Okay ,you a bit surprise i gave so low.The initial story was very interesting.Especially the baby part. And the imprint of Jacob, not to mention Bella wish came true. What KILLED it ,was the stupid ending with the Volturi,so anti-climax. ARGG!!!!!!!! But the happy ever after was sweat la.

Conclusion
I know i shouldn't compare Stephenie Meyer with J.K Rowling, but just there were similarities in their books by the two author.J.K Rowling was VERY daring in the storyline, daring in the sense that she 'killed' so many important character. But Meyer just loved all her character, you know what i am talking about if you read the so called 'climax' in Breaking Dawn.I hope i dun reveal much as i hated leak too.

P.s Still waiting my telescope. Why haven't claim yet one!?!?

Reading is good

Holidays are like poison to me, it makes me become blur and stupid. Especially right now waiting for the offer letter from any school for form 6 and waiting form 6 to begin(Hopefully some major change of event somewhere, i able to avoid form 6).

Anyway,to keep myself busy and not turn to a brainless and idiot person, i am now reading all types of books. The book im currently reading is Breaking Dawn(Thanks to Jun-Elle,Karven and Kar Heng).Books waiting in line are: Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban(Thanks to Esther),Pride and Prejudice, Vanity Fair, Sherlock Holmes, and I just brought these two books by William Shakespeare-Macbeth and A Midsummer Night's Dream.I can tell you, im a bit regret buying these books,it doesn't make sense at all (for me la). I realised that it is a play,i always thought all Shakespeare art piece are poet(I know, how dump am I).So most probably i shall skip this.

I also follow advise from Esther to watch documentary from all educational channel. Not that in the past i didn't watch, but i always watch daily series like Mythbusters which give it more like a drama than educational thing. So yeah, need to watch REAL documentary.

In another story,Im too lazy to post my National Service photo. Not in the mood anyway. Today my ex-roommate just called me,obviously want me to send the photo to him.I didn't answer him la.To those who don't know what happen to me in NS, the ex-roommates practically 'steal' my camera for the last three days of NS, left me almost 'photoless' in my camera.Anyway,it is good i will have no memories in NS.

Best Commander. The only thing I miss in NS are the trainers. They are nice.
Miss NS? NEVER !!!!!!!

SPM result. Nothing to say.

P.s. My telescope had arrived in KL! WooHoo!!! But must go to post office to claim la.
